Mallorca
A week around the Bay of Palma, the calas in the south and the steep west coast.
Sailing trips / Mallorca sailed
Mallorca is the perfect place to settle in. Palma has a large charter harbour, a short trip from the airport and a cathedral that looks best from the water.
West of Palma the coast becomes steep and wild, to the south lie the pale sandy coves, and Cabrera National Park is a protected island almost without buildings.

Good to know
- In the Balearics anchoring on seagrass meadows (posidonia) is prohibited. Anchor only on pale sand.
- Book harbour berths early in summer; in high season they sell out fast.
- With a northerly tramontana the north-west coast becomes uncomfortable; stay in the south then.
