2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are hosted on our own web space. I only process personal data when you write to me or when the site is technically delivered.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. With every visit the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser type. This is necessary to run the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses in the log files are shortened; the provider deletes complete log files after 7 days at the latest.

4. Contact form and email

When you write to me, I process your first name, last name, email address and message to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a sailing trip, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The message is forwarded to me by email and deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Storage in your browser

If you choose a colour scheme, your browser stores this setting locally (local storage). It is not sent to me and only serves to keep your preferred display (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

6. Crew area

The crew area is protected by user name and password and contains information about the respective trip. I only give the login to crew members.

7. Links to PayPal

On the "Support" page I link to PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). Data is only transferred to PayPal once you click the link; PayPal's privacy policy then applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time. An email to kontakt@traumsegeln.com is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
